Suites Plaza Vandale are located in the emblematic building Casa Monteverde, built in the first quarter of the 19th century. This building is characterised by a neoclassical façade with a triangular pediment with an elliptic oculus. The building was restored in 2020 and has three apartment suites, one of them with a private rooftop balcony and chillout area. Each is decorated individually and have a kitchen, bathroom, air condition, free Wi-Fi, multimedia flatscreen Tv and Sat-Tv.
Its location facing the square Plaza de Vandale, one of the most visited places in the city to enjoy the opulent plants that adorn it. In the middle of the square is a monument dedicated to Lo Divino, a tribute to the Christmas tradition of groups of musicians that play along the streets of the city in the nine days before Christmas. The building Casa Monteverde is a must for tourists and visitors alike to take pictures in front of it, because its characteristic glass and steel door that depicts one of the dwarves that are the main symbol of the Bajada de La Virgen celebration that takes place every five years.
Casa Emblematica Salgado are located at the zero mile of Santa Cruz de La Palma, in the iconic building Casa Salgado, a colonial house built in 1520 that is probably the oldest home in the city, located close to the church El Salvador, the Plaza de España and the Town House in the Historical City Centre of Santa Cruz de La Palma. In the inner courtyard, it still preserves the original wooden balconies made of tea wood and the last “Snow and Ice well” in the city, as acknowledged by the World Biosphere Reserve.
Restored in 2019, it has four apartments, one of them a duplex, which are soundproofed and decorated individually. All are equipped with kitchen, bath, air conditioning, free WiFi, flatscreen multimedia TV and satellite channels. Clients give it 10 points due to its location, because thanks to its closeness to the Plaza de España, they can enjoy the most important celebrations in the city, like Los Indianos, Easter week, the Danza de los Enanos (Dance of the Dwarves) and all the other performances typical of the Bajada de La Virgen.
